Madrid has officially released the promotional video of the upcoming world Youth Day
2011which plays off the official theme “The Soul of Madrid.” It aims to inspire the youth
all over the world to come and join the wonderful event where almost all the actors are
volunteers.
The entire creative work was carried on by a team from the region’s public television
station, called as Telemadrid. This video not only explains about the event but also
shows the popular sites around the city which includes the Plaza de Cibeles, the Museo
del Prado and the Madrid Barajas airport.
The video also shows the images of the Pope, previous editions of the World Youth day,
and also the places where events are held.
It explains that the soul of Madrid lies in its arts, in streets and in its beliefs and also
says that the city’s soul has a great ability to change the lives of the people who pass
through it
